Every plan includes: unlimited contacts, dedicated local phone number, broadcast SMS, two-way reply inbox, Group Thread (two-way group messaging), roster management, attendance tracking, calendar & reminders, practice summaries, file attachments, dashboard + delivery logs, A2P 10DLC compliance, Safe Sport auto-CC enforcement for youth programs. There are no separate feature add-ons to purchase — everything is included on every plan.

Free trial: 3 days free on any plan. Cancel before day 4 — no charge.

Credits: each broadcast recipient = 1 credit, each individual member reply = 1 credit. A Group Thread exchange uses 1 inbound credit plus 1 outbound credit per recipient in the group — Group Thread draws from the same shared plan-credit pool as everything else, at a faster rate, rather than a separate pool or add-on.

Plans are chosen by monthly message volume, not roster size.

## Season Plans (annual only, customer picks start date)

Subscribe once, pick your season start date. Full plan runs for 6 months ("active"), then auto-switches to a reduced off-season "hold" tier for 6 months — your dedicated number stays active year-round.

## Non-expiring credit packs

One-time purchases for occasional spikes, seasonal events, or MMS-heavy sends. Roll over with no routine expiration; consumed before overage. If you need extra credits every month, a higher plan is usually cheaper.

## Overages

- Credits over your plan's monthly limit: $0.04/credit, billed at month end
- We email a warning at 80% of your limit
- Non-expiring credit packs are consumed before any overage is charged
